Payment:  All families must be signed up with FACTS before their student
is officially added to the student body and can be assigned classes.

Tuition Payment Plans

12-month plan: payable June through the following May.
Full payment plan: a discount of 5% is given if paid in full. The deadline to take advantage of this discount is June 1st each year.

IMPORTANT

  • Monthly payments for the fall enrollment begin June 1 and end the following May 1.
  • Those who enroll after June 1: Monthly payments for agreements finalized after June will be determined by the number of months left in the cycle ending in May the following year.
  • Those who enroll after school begins: The yearly tuition is prorated for the number of school days remaining and then divided by the number of months in the cycle through the final May 1 payment.

Child Care

Pre-care:    6:45-7:45 am   $6.00 per day.

Financial Aid Eligibility

Financial Aid is available for returning families only at the the time of re-enrollment. Please submit your application at https://www.factstuitionaid.com/facts/gaapp.

Financial Aid is based on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to apply early.

Applications must be processed with FACTS Tuition management no later than March 1, 2017.


Discounts

Discounts

Pay In Full

Families that pay their child's tuition in full prior to June 1 of the current year receive a 5% discount.

Family

Families with more than one student enrolled will automatically receive the following discount:

10% discount on the base tuition for the second child.
15% discount on the base tuition for each additional child after the second.

Active Military

Students who have a parent who is an active military serviceman are eligible to receive a 10% discount on the base tuition.

Alumni

Letter stating year of graduation from RBS

Students who have a parent who is a graduate of Riverdale Baptist School are eligible to receive a 10% discount on the base tuition.

Pastoral

Letter of verification from church

Students whose parent is an active, full-time licensed senior pastor are eligible to receive a 10% discount on the base tuition.

Referral

Families who refer a student to Riverdale will receive a 10% discount on the base tuition of the student.

Crusader
Eligibility:
Open to RBS students entering 9th grade only

Upon entering high school, RBS students are eligible for $100 off the base tuition for every year of consecutive enrollment at Riverdale prior to entering 9th grade. Maximum possible discount is $1,100 (Pre-K3 through 8th grade). Student(s) receive this discount every year they continue to enroll in high school.

Open to RBS middle & high school students

Students may apply for more than one scholarship.

Award range: $500-$1,500


Shepherd’s Scholarship

Required documentation:  Application and letter of recommendation from current pastor

Students who are active members of their church should request their pastor to write a letter of recommendation for the student.  Items to be addressed are academics, community service and Christian values demonstrated by the student.  One student per family may apply.

Fine Arts Scholarship

Fine Arts scholarships are awarded to several students each year who demonstrate desire and ability to perform in the areas of band, art, choir and drama.

This scholarship is awarded to a select number of students with documented accomplishments which should include excellent academic history, outstanding community service and strong leadership skills.

Referral Program

Dear Parents,

As you know, one of the best and most cost-effective forms of advertising for any organization is word-of-mouth. Many of you have referred family and friends to RBS and we thank you for sending them to us. We would like to take this opportunity to make you aware of a program that is in place to reward you for your positive impact on our school.

The program is called the Family Referral Program and the reward for the current school year is a tuition benefit. For every student that you refer to Riverdale Baptist School who enrolls and remains for the complete school year, a credit of 10% (per child that you recommended) will be applied to your family’s tuition account at the year’s end.  For example: if you refer two students, you will receive a 20% tuition discount. If you refer 6 students, you will receive a 60% discount!  Remember, the students you refer must enroll and remain in school for the complete school year.

Please complete the included family referral form. A separate form must be completed for each family you refer. All forms must be completed and submitted to the business office before October 1st of the current school year for validation. Please note that once all requirements are met, the credit will reflect on your final May tuition payment thru FACTS.
