Aaron Everhart

Chaplain, Riverdale Baptist School

Our goal spiritually is to develop students who grasp the reality that God is in love with them, He is always with them and He has a plan for their life.  We are committed to developing the whole student but have a calling to prepare students to influence the world around them by teaching, leading and serving our students spiritually, so that they may do the same in their own community.

We accomplish this goal through daily Bible class, weekly chapel, and weekly life groups such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  While these are specific spiritual areas, all Riverdale Baptist faculty and staff strive to be available to assist students in any area of spiritual concern.

Matthew 22:37 says, And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”  Here at Riverdale, we make it a priority to provide each student with the opportunity to develop the whole person and give balance in an unbalanced world.

If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
1 Peter 4:11
