Athletics

The Riverdale Baptist School Athletic Department has a 30-year tradition of both academic and athletic excellence. Student athletes are motivated to play with class, character and a commitment to excellence.

Accomplishments

The boys' varsity baseball program and  boys' and girls' varsity basketball programs have received national recognition in USA Today's Top 25 rankings. The athletic program has allowed hundreds of RBS graduates to receive scholarships to play at the collegiate level.

Purpose Statement

The goals of the RBS coaching staff are to:

• Develop the athlete's skills to their highest possible level. 
• Instill a desire to use their God-given abilities as a Christ-honoring example while competing in interscholastic competition.
• Make their athletic experience challenging as well as one that is enjoyable and memorable.
