This course will examine the geography of the modern world. Students would study the geography of the following:
- Asia: The Middle East, Central and Southern Asia, The Far East.
- Africa: Northern Africa, Tropical Africa, Southern Africa
- Europe: Mediterranean Europe, Central Europe, The Low Countries, The British Isles, Scandinavia, Russia, and Eastern Europe.
- North America: Canada, The United States, Mexico, and Middle America
- South America: Andean countries, Brazil, Guianas, Southern Countries
- Australia
- Pacific Islands
- Antarctica
