Introduction to Graphic Design is a course that explores visual communication through the understanding of the elements and principles of graphic design. Students will learn to work from ideation development to the final execution of a document. This course will explore graphic design concepts including advertising, studio design, web design, illustration, photography, and game design. Grading will be based upon rubrics that take into consideration effort, technical/spatial understanding, and creativity.
