Weight Training and Nutrition

This course will help students to understand strength training principles, proper lifting techniques, injury prevention, and developing personalized workout plans, with the goal of promoting lifelong physical activity and wellness. It often begins with foundational movements and gradually introduces resistance training using bodyweight, light weights, and eventually free weights and machines.
