Students will study the legal and correctional systems of the United States. The class explores the fundamental laws which impact our daily lives and our influence on those laws. Students will leave the course equipped with practical and problem-solving skills to give them the ability to be civic and legal minded citizens. The course will implement the use of case studies, current events, mock trials, and other collaborative activities.
