Probability and Statistics are designed to prepare students for success in post-secondary careers and statistics courses and in a world where knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and probability is necessary to make informed decisions in areas such as health, economics, and politics. In Probability and Statistics, students build on the conceptual knowledge and skills they mastered in previous mathematics courses in areas such as probability, data presentation and analysis, correlation, and regression. This course prepares students for college and career readiness.
